1. What exactly do you sell? We specialize in retro-style football shirts, custom player prints, and concept jerseys. Our collection includes recreations of classic kits from the 80s and 90s, as well as original designs that imagine alternate histories. You can personalize most shirts with any name and number - from club legends to your own name.
2. Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working on expanding, so stay tuned.
3. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? Shipping options are: Standard (7-14 business days): $15. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
4. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been processed. Just contact us at support@locoleeds.com as soon as possible, and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact us first to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6. How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package's journey. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Can I request a custom print that isn't listed on the product page? Absolutely! We love custom requests. If you want a specific player name and number combination - even a niche cult hero - just email us at support@locoleeds.com with the details and we'll do our best to make it happen.
8. How do I care for my retro shirt? To keep your shirt looking fresh, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer, ironing directly on the print, or using bleach. This will preserve the colors and the custom print for years.
